Eric joined our staff in 2009 as our second Lead Pastor after serving churches in Missouri and Illinois. He received a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Furman University and a Masters of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Eric has been married to Parker since 1995 and they have four young children.

Fred has been a part of Hillcrest since 1994, first as an attendee, then as a member, an elder and now a pastor. Fred became the Pastor of Adult Ministries in January of 2006. He and his wife, Jennifer, were married in 1991. Since arriving in Oregon in 1992 Fred & Jennifer have been blessed with four children: Megan, Abby, Johnny and Grace.

Renae has been on staff since 1998 and came to us with a wealth of administrative experience. She and her husband, Craig, along with their little girl, Olivia, live in Albany and have been a part of the church since the two of them were first married. She takes an active part in MOPS and Hillcrest's new adoption ministry.

Carol has been an active member of our church for several years and joined our staff in October, 2007. Along with her administrative duties, she and her husband, Roger, lead a DivorceCare class. They will also be periodically leading GriefShare classes. She and her husband Roger live in Oregon with their two Somali cats.

Julie joined the Hillcrest staff in the summer of 2007. She brings a wealth of accounting & payroll experience including several years with a non-profit organization that provides surgeries to cure blindness in underprivileged countries.
